After working in the corporate world, owner and cake designer Amanda Ellis decided to follow her lifelong passion to create edible masterpieces. Amanda is truly passionate about making cakes and is honored to be a part of the happy process of wedding planning.

Amanda entered the world of cakes by studying professional cake-making with one of the top ten cake designers in the country. She's been hooked on the art and craft of cakes ever since. Amanda's life-long love of baking and arts and crafts finally found a place to blossom when she decided to fulfill her dreams and launch Bakery Gingham.
